- Identify and engage with primary schools (Classes I–V) to promote environmental awareness.
- Present and implement RTE's flagship programs: Little Green Guardians and The Sustainability Festival.
- Coordinate with school administrators to schedule workshops and activities.
- Receive comprehensive training and pitch materials from the RTE Team.
2. The Earth Talks Organizers (2 openings)
Location: Any Tier-I/II Cities (Hybrid: In-person events + Remote coordination)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute weekly "Earth Talks" sessions, alternating between online and offline formats.
- Curate discussion topics addressing environmental challenges and solutions.
- Promote events to ensure active participation from the community.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Team for event publicity.
- Host sessions in public venues, facilitating engaging and actionable discussions.
3. Research and Strategy Team (3 openings)
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine RTE's current and future campaigns in alignment with our mission.
- Design sustainable business models to support RTE's initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth research on topics like carbon credits, environmental policies, and market trends.
- Analyze the effectiveness of ongoing projects and suggest improvements.
- Engage with the Sustainable Squad community to gather insights and feedback.
4. Social Media Team (3 openings)
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and enhance RTE's social media presence across various platforms.
- Develop a content calendar featuring engaging posts, stories, and updates.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Schedule and manage posts to maintain consistent online engagement.
- Monitor analytics to measure reach and impact, adjusting strategies as needed.
